Page Overview
This article explains the parts of the Hatecholo interface that appear on almost every page: the top announcement bar, the main header, the mobile header, and the footer. Understanding these will help you get around the site quickly.
Interface Overview
From top to bottom, most pages include:
- Announcement bar — a dark utility bar with support links and quick access to your account, wishlist, and cart.
- Header (desktop) or Mobile Header (small screens) — the logo, search bar, main navigation menu, and shortcuts to your wishlist and cart.
- Footer — company info, social links, and columns of additional links (shown at the bottom of every page).
UI Components
Announcement bar
On the left:
- Help & Support — links to the Create Support Case form (see Contact & Support).
- support@hatecholo.com — opens your email client.
- +1(405)473-1897 — opens your phone dialer on supported devices.
On the right:
- Account — if you're logged in, shows your name and a user icon; clicking opens a dropdown with My Profile, Settings, My Order, My Complain, My Wishlist, and Logout. If you're logged out, shows a Login link that opens the login modal.
- Wishlist icon — shows your saved item count; click to go to Your Wishlist.
- Cart icon — shows your cart item count; click to go to Shopping Cart.
Header (desktop)
- Hatecholo logo (left) — always shows the Hatecholo platform logo and links back to the homepage.
- Search bar ("Search Products in Hatecholo...") — type a product name to see live matching results in a dropdown below the search box. Selecting a result opens that product's details page. If nothing matches, "No Product Found" is shown.
- Main menu — navigation links configured by Hatecholo (for example Hatbazar, Products, Shops, Categories, About us, Blog). Items with sub-items show a small arrow and reveal a dropdown (mega menu) when you hover over them.
- Wishlist and Cart icons — same behavior as in the announcement bar, shown again for convenience.
Mobile Header
- Hamburger icon (left) — opens a slide-out sidebar containing the full navigation menu and a Login or Logout button.
- Logo (center) — links to the homepage (or the current shop, on shop pages).
- Cart icon and Search icon (right) — the search icon toggles a search bar that behaves the same as the desktop search.
- Sidebar submenus — menu items with children can be expanded/collapsed by tapping them; nested items expand further with an arrow indicator.
Footer
- Logo and description — a short blurb about Hatecholo.
- Follow Us — social icons (Instagram, Twitter) that open in a new tab.
- Discover column — informational links, plus a Help & Support link to the Create Support Case form (see Contact & Support).
- Earn with Hatecholo column — links such as Become Seller and Become Carrier (open external registration sites), plus Become Inspector and Become Loader buttons marked Coming Soon (not clickable).
- Legal column — links to legal documents, plus a Legal Compliance link (see Policies & Legal Documents).
- Copyright bar — shown at the very bottom of the page.
Note: The links inside the Discover, Earn with Hatecholo, and Legal footer columns are managed by Hatecholo and may change over time.
Step-by-Step User Guide
To search for a product from anywhere on the site:
- Click into the search box in the header (or tap the search icon on mobile).
- Type part of a product name.
- Wait for the results dropdown to appear.
- Click a result to open that product's details page.
To open your account menu:
- Log in if you haven't already.
- In the announcement bar, click your name.
- Choose My Profile, Settings, My Order, My Complain, My Wishlist, or Logout.
To use the mobile navigation menu:
- Tap the hamburger icon in the top-left of the mobile header.
- Tap a menu item to navigate, or tap an item with an arrow to expand its submenu.
- Tap Login or Logout at the bottom of the sidebar as needed.
User Tips
Tip: The search bar dropdown updates as you type — you usually don't need to press Enter.
Tip: On a shop's page, the shop logo and name appear in the shop information card below the header — the top navigation always stays on the Hatecholo platform logo.
Best Practices
- Use the account dropdown in the announcement bar as the fastest way to reach your profile, orders, complaints, and wishlist.
- On mobile, close the sidebar (tap outside it or tap the close icon) before scrolling the page, since it covers the screen while open.
Common Mistakes
- Trying to click Become Inspector or Become Loader in the footer — these are placeholders marked Coming Soon.
- Forgetting that closing the search dropdown (by clicking elsewhere) also clears your typed search term.
Troubleshooting
- Search results don't appear: Make sure you've typed at least a few characters and wait briefly for results to load; a spinner replaces the search icon while searching.
- Account dropdown doesn't show options: Confirm you're logged in — logged-out visitors only see a Login link.

Q: Where do I go to see my past orders? A: Open the account dropdown in the announcement bar and choose My Order, or visit My Orders directly.
Q: How do I contact Hatecholo support? A: Click Help & Support in the announcement bar or footer to reach Contact & Support.
