Shopping Cart
Page Overview
The Cart page lists everything you've added to your cart, lets you adjust quantities or remove items, and shows your order subtotal and total before you move on to checkout.
Interface Overview
- Cart table (desktop) — columns for Product, Price, Quantity, and Total, with a Remove action for each row.
- Cart list (mobile) — a stacked view of the same information, with quantity controls and a Remove link under each item.
- Cart Totals panel — shows Subtotal, Total, a note that shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout, and a Proceed to Checkout button.
UI Components
- Product row — image, name, unit label (e.g., "kg" or "pc") when applicable, and any selected variant options (for example, size or color).
- Quantity stepper — minus/plus buttons around the quantity number; the minus button is disabled once quantity reaches 1.
- Remove — removes that item from your cart.
- Cart Totals — Subtotal and Total amounts, with a note: "Shipping & taxes calculated at checkout".
- Proceed to Checkout button — takes you to the Checkout page if you're logged in; if you're not logged in, it opens the login window first.
- Empty cart state — "Your Cart is Empty" message with a Continue shopping button when there are no items.
Step-by-Step User Guide
To update the quantity of an item:
- Go to your cart.
- Use the - or + buttons next to the item to adjust the quantity.
- The Subtotal and Total update automatically.
To remove an item from your cart:
- Find the item you want to remove.
- Click Remove.
To proceed to checkout:
- Review your items, quantities, and totals.
- Click Proceed to Checkout.
- If you're not logged in, log in or sign up when prompted, then you'll be taken to Checkout.

Notifications

- Cart looks empty after adding an item: Refresh the page; if items still don't appear, try adding the product again from its details page.
- Quantity won't update: Wait for any loading indicator to finish before clicking again — updates are processed one at a time.
- Proceed to Checkout does nothing: Make sure you're logged in; if you are and it still doesn't work, confirm your cart isn't empty.
